Hello LA: Obey + Saber Melrose
 |
| Los Angeles, CA - October 2010 - Blackberry |
In the spirit of election day, here is a work-in-progress shot of the Pride of America collaboration between Shepard Fairey and Saber at De La Barracuda on Melrose. I took this photo early one morning before the Fairfax flea market.
The mural is now finished. Read more about it from Shepard and Saber. And whatever your beliefs, make them known by exercising your right to vote.
Check out my photo of the previous Obey mural at De La Barracuda in July 2010.
Happy Halloween
Today I bought a used Canon S90 to shoot the weekend's Halloween festivities. It's my first digital point and shoot in ages! Wish me luck. Of course, the trusty Nikon FE will be along for the ride. This year I am San Diego-bound for birthdays and a show at Soda Bar in Normal Heights.
Brace yourselves, it's gonna be a Wild Weekend!
